We ship worldwide! Shipping is insured by the courier company, typically 5 to 10 working days. For most worldwide destinations we offer a variety of shipping services depending on destination country. Service can take 5-14 days depending on the destination. Customers may be required to pay import duties which you the recipient will be solely responsible for. Please note that shipping times are an estimate only and exclude order processing time. Some items may incur a delay before shipping where individual customization and confirguration is necessary.
Products on this website can be ordered online and paid for either by credit or debit card secured by our payment processor or through PayPal. All payment processing is performed securely with direct verification to your bank. For your safety no card data is ever recorded or retained. Credit and debit card payments are performed by the 'deferred' method which means the funds are not immediately debited from your account. This is done only once we have confirmed stock availability and scheduled preparation of your order. For PayPal payments the transaction is a straight forward payment and funds are transferred immediately. If a product is not available at the time of ordering you will be notified within 48 hours and given the option to back-order or cancel. Whilst our website does serve to provide stock information we cannot guarantee its accuracy. Many products are not kept as permanent stock items and show as "Availability: 2-3 weeks". In each individual case the order preparation time may vary, please contact us in advance for further information.
We usually dispatch orders within 72 hours of receipt. For all deliveries this means you should receive your order within 5 to 14 working days of ordering. However, some products may take longer for delivery and we ask that you allow 21 working days for delivery. Upon dispatch an applicable tracking number will be posted on your order visible through your account. An automatic email will also be sent with the latest order status information. In the unlikely event that delivery may exceed 21 days we will contact you with a delivery estimate. Please ensure that you use a delivery address where there will be someone available to sign for the package during normal working hours, Monday to Friday. If delivery cannot be made the courier will make a 2nd attempt and in some cases a 3rd attempt at delivery after which the package will be returned to us. Any additional shipping costs due to wrong address or customer unavailable shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds for Private Individuals
CALL OR EMAIL US FOR A RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER! Carefully package the product and mark the Return Authorisation Number on the shipping label & Return Authorisation Form and all other correspondences. Indicate date of purchase, invoice number and reason for return. Freight on returned goods shall be prepaid by the customer. Products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. NO RETURNS will be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER.
DOA: Product that fails within 30 days of sale to end user. To obtain credit, customers must contact our Sales Department to obtain a RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER by contacting our live support returns department online.

Items returned 30 days after the invoice date are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Speciality or non-stocked products, orders 60 days past invoice date, expired shelf life products, and items in non-resalable condition are non-returnable
The customer will be responsible for the safe return of the goods. Refunds will always be strictly for the cost of the goods only. Shipping is an added service and is non-refundable. Any duty you have paid for import into your country is also non-refundable. For returns please ensure that when returning goods you use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us. Please also ensure that they are packed with sufficient care to ensure damage does not occur in transit. We will not be responsible for such damage and would suggest you take out insurance with your courier.

Refunds will always be performed using the same method as the original payment. In the rare case of a PayPal refund occurring after 60 days from the original transaction, the customer will be charged a fee by PayPal for which the customer is solely liable.

All products carry a 1 year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship; with the following exceptions, (a) All bundled accessories including cables, chargers, adapters, headphones and all other ancillary components not a part of or integrated into the main product are warranted for 30 days against defects in materials and workmanship; (b) any item sold as "ex-demonstration" or "B-grade" shall only be warranted for 30 days.
2. If a defect exists we will, at our option, repair, replace or refund the unit. A repaired or replacement product assumes the remaining warranty duration of the original product. We will not be liable for the loss of any programs or data.
3. This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or misapplication; (b) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone other than ourselves; (c) to a product or a part (including software) that has been modified or has had a modification attempt made; or (d) if any serial number/logo has been removed or defaced.
